We provide complimentary shipping for all orders within India. However, for international deliveries, additional shipping charges will apply based on the weight, volume, and destination country of the product. Shipping charges will be provided upon inquiry.
Our garments are custom-made and handcrafted specifically for you. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions. Once an order is placed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, we are happy to assist you with alterations if needed.
For international shipments requiring alterations, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. This is because we recommend at least one fitting trial to ensure the garment fits you perfectly.
However, there are specific cases where a refund is offered only on merchandise sold at the maximum retail price:
  1. If the order is canceled before dispatch due to unavailability.
  2. If the product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment account within 7 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to provide your account details for the refund process.
  3. You may receive an online credit coupon, which serves as a digital credit note. This coupon is valid for 90 days and can be used for a single purchase. Please apply the coupon at checkout to avail of the discount. Note that the coupon is applicable for a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any excess amount beyond the coupon value will be borne by you.
The displayed product prices are set at the maximum retail price. For international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means the displayed product prices do not include any import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by your country. Payment of these charges upon delivery is necessary for customs clearance.
We do not facilitate merchandise exchanges for orders shipped internationally. If, by any rare chance, the merchandise you ordered from us is received in poor condition, damaged, defective, or different from your expectations, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Please be aware that refunds on international orders do not include any duties, taxes, or tariffs paid by the customer.
