SALE

Mantavyaa may offer some products at promotional prices. However, please note that sale outfits cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances. Any advance payment received for a sale outfit cannot be reimbursed or refunded. Alterations or resizing will not be done for any outfits offered on sale.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Mantavyaa utilizes third-party logistics and dispatches for all courier services. Mantavyaa is not responsible for the timely delivery of products in the event of any delays caused by the logistics team.

For deliveries within India, Mantavyaa covers the cost of shipping services. However, international shipping charges are to be paid by the client.

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

Upon receiving full payment, Mantavyaa will dispatch the outfits as agreed with the client. If the client chooses to collect the outfit from the Mantavyaa House, it will be held there until the specified delivery date. However, if the outfit is undelivered and returned to us, or if the client fails to collect it, Mantavyaa will make efforts to re-establish contact with the client and arrange for another delivery attempt. If we are unable to reach the client, we will retain the outfit for 6 months. If there is no communication or response from the client during these 6 months, Mantavyaa will consider the amount paid for the outfit forfeited, and the outfit will be discarded.
