How does it work?
You receive points based on your purchase at www.mantavyaa.com. Points accumulate in your customer account automatically. You receive 5 points for every $1 USD you spend with us. Once you’ve reached a minimum of 500 points, you will be able to use your points like CASH. Simply checkout with the points you’ve earned as payment (or partial payment).
How many reward points do I receive?
You receive 5 reward points for every $1 USD you spend.
Do my reward points expire?
No. Your reward points never expire.
What can I redeem my reward points for?
You may use your reward points like CASH. You may purchase anything in the Mantavyaa online store once you’ve reached a minimum of 500 points
Is there a cap/ceiling limit to how many points I can receive?
No. There is no limit on how many reward points you can acquire.
How do I use/redeem my points?
During checkout, simply check the box that says “Use my reward points, [Your reward points amount] reward points available”. If you have more than enough to cover the balance, it will simply deduct the balance and leave you with your remaining points to use at another time.
What is the point breakdown?

1,000 points = $10 USD
1,500 points = $15 USD
2,000 points = $20 USD
2,500 points = $25 USD

Has my order shipped?
Click on the Account link (in the main navigation) and log in if you aren’t already. This will bring you to your Customer Dashboard where you will see a list of your recent orders (click “View All” to view all your orders). You will see the “Status” column with your order’s status here. If the order says “Complete” then it has been shipped to you.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Order quantities can only be changed by calling Customer Service at +91 93911 92351 or email us at Info@mantavyaa.com. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
Your shipping confirmation (an email sent to you when your order has been shipped) will provide you with the carrier we used to ship your order along with your tracking number (if you choose a trackable shipping method).
My order never arrived?
If applicable, please track your order by first going into your shipping confirmation and grabbing your tracking number. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact Customer Service +91 93911 92351 for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment?
If applicable, please track your order by first going into your shipping confirmation and grabbing your tracking number. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which are temporarily sold out but expected to be restocked within 2-3 weeks. As soon as it is back in stock we will ship the item to you. Please call us at +91 93911 92351 or email us at Info@mantavyaa.com for the status of your backorder.

How do I create an account?
Click the “Account” OR “Log In” link in the navigation bar.
Select the “Create an Account” fields.
Fill out the form and submit it.

How do I edit my account information?
Click the “Account” OR “Log In” link in the navigation bar to head to your Customer Dashboard. Once there you have many options in which you can edit. For example, if you wish to edit your address, select the “Address Book” link on the left side. Then simply select “Change Billing Address”, “Change Shipping Address” or “Add New Address”.
How much is my shipping?
The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.
I forgot my password?
Click the “Log In” link in the navigation bar. Click the “Forgot Password” link under the “Registered Customers” section. Fill in your email address and a new password will be sent to you.

Each product is specially handcrafted for you considering all your requests. Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries of the world, and most orders are delivered worldwide within 7-14 business days. Please add items to your cart, enter your shipping address at checkout and your country should be in the dropdown list if we ship to your country. On rare occasions, shipping to your country may not be possible due to government, customs, or shipping carrier restrictions. It may also be that in some instances, global events make delivery of your package uncertain even though we ship it. When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the time frame for receiving orders?
Every product is specially curated for you, being hand embroidered and sewn, and is made to measure. Usually, the time frame will be anytime between 30 – 60 days, depending on the order and customizations if any. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice?
Emails are sent to you with every order place, invoiced, and shipped. You may also log in to your account (click on the “Account” link in the navigation bar). Click “My Orders” where you may choose to print Order Information, Invoices, and Shipments.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

Can I customize and order?
Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, sleeves and other minor adjustments. For any customization request, we request you to contact us at +91 93911 92351 or email us at Info@mantavyaa.com.
For plus sizes, ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inches and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price depending on the customization.
Does the price of the product change for a customized order?
The price of the order remains unchanged for any product ordered exactly as per the image as displayed on our Site. However, if a customization is required such as color, sleeve adjustments, etc., an additional customization charge will be applicable and will be added to the final billing amount. For any such customization, we request you to contact us at +91 93911 92351 or email us at Info@mantavyaa.com.
In case the product was bought on sale, an additional charge for customization/alteration is applicable.
Can I request a changes in the color of the product?
Yes, we can change the color of the product. However, we note that some of our products might look great in certain color shades only. Therefore, we provide you with a palette of color options. However, if you still wish to customize the color, we request you to contact us at +91 93911 92351 or email us at Info@mantavyaa.com.
Are the colors of the products shown on the website accurate?
All our products are handcrafted and especially chosen for you. Due to the intricate and exclusive nature of the products available on our Site, we ensure that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is closest to the product. However, there may be slight variations in the color of the fabric, dyes, prints, or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
What if my size does not match with the size chart?
Our products are especially designed for you. We would love to design our products based on your requirements. You can send us your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically for your size. We note that an additional charge will be applicable based on an order with a bust size of more than 40.5.
How do I know my size?
We refer to our standard size chart as displayed on the product page. However, we encourage you to send your measurements after placing an order to have the product made specifically to your size. In case of any questions regarding the size chart, feel free to contact us.
For plus sizes, ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inches and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price.
How do I get my product altered?
We generally keep a 4″ (4 inch) margin for all our custom-made products. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, since these are specially handcrafted for you, we need a minimum of two trials to match the garment to your fit. The final delivery of the product will vary on your alteration requirements. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. We charge additional for any alteration required for outfits purchased on sale/discount. The charges will vary depending on the alteration.
How much time does it take for alterations?
We try to make the orders as per the standard size chosen by you or the measurements provided to us. However, if any alterations are required, we generally need about a week or two, however, this varies for each and every product. We note that shipping charges for alterations will have to be paid by the client and will not be borne by us. How do we send the order for alterations?
If any alterations are required, we request you to send the order to our Studio address. Alternatively, you can drop off the product at our Studio. Please note, that we do not pick up any alterations and the cost of delivering the product to us is to be taken care of by you.
I shopped the product from a multi-brand outlet. Can any alterations be made?
For all products shopped from a Multi-brand outlet, please contact the same multi-brand outlet for alterations.
Additional changes?
We note that additional charges are applicable on all orders being customized. Further, for plus sizes, ‘XL’ and above (bust size 40.5 inches and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price. We also charge additional for all alterations done on products bought on sale/discount.
